The investment objective of the Fund is to seek to provide investors with a total return, taking into account both capital and income returns, which reflects the return of the MSCI Europe Industrials 20/35 Capped Index. In order to achieve this investment objective, the investment policy of the Fund is to invest in a portfolio of equity securities that as far as possible and practicable consist of the component securities of the MSCI Europe Industrials 20/35 Capped Index, this Fund’s Benchmark Index. The Fund intends to replicate the constituents of the Benchmark Index by holding all of the securities comprising the Benchmark Index in a similar proportion to their weightings in the Benchmark Index.

·11.5.Europe has finally realized that we cannot sit under the US nuclear umbrella and live off coffee lattes and Airbnb. (ESIN is the latest I added to my USA-heavy tech-on-tech portfolio. I have some EM as a counterweight, but bought ESIN now for even more USA counterweight, and I have strong faith in the case) The interesting thing about the timing here now is that: Europe has underperformed the USA for a long time Valuations are lower Many global investors are extremely overweight USA Capital rotation CAN start to favor Europe if: -rates fall -the Euro industry improves -defense/infra investments continue -USA tech becomes too expensive So this can either become a "dead weight" or a quiet compounder that suddenly starts to pull ahead. I like this much better than many hype-ETFs that people are buying now - Because this case is understandable. Don't expect an explosion in 3 weeks. Industrials often move a bit slower, more cyclically, but also in longer waves (important) Once they gain momentum, they can go surprisingly long. I will use this position as training in well-reasoned patience.
