·17.9.I had Gemini AI write this, but these are naturally my thoughts :) If one looks at the charts for the past few days, we see a very good example of how low the liquidity and how thin the order book is in Quantum eMotion (QNC) in this early phase. Last Monday, we saw a single order go through on TSX Venture. In a single second, the order ate up all sales in the book from 2.30 CAD all the way up to 2.83 CAD: Candle volume: 327,700 shares Price return in seconds: Almost +20% Trade value: Approx. 840,000 CAD (equivalent to approx. 3.9 million DKK) The fact that the stock slowly trickles back to its starting level over the next 2–3 days merely underlines how dry the order book is in both directions. The market has not yet discovered the case on a large scale, and volume is currently primarily controlled by smaller retail investors and a few larger trades. Why does this make the case exciting going forward? When a single order of less than 4 million DKK can move the price by 20% in an instant, it illustrates the enormous leverage currently in the stock. What happens then when the final FIPS 140-3 approval lands? The FIPS 140-3 validation from NIST is the entry ticket for larger and more professional players to even begin entering the stock or engaging in larger commercial partnerships. Even modest institutional purchases or positions from smaller funds will be in a completely different place volume-wise than what we see in the market today. When FIPS 140-3 falls into place and attention around their CMOS QRNG-chip increases, the limited float and thin order book could quickly create a strong price effect. If less than 4 million kr. can move the price by 20% in one second, not an overwhelming amount of new capital will be needed before we see a significant and more sustained upward breakout. In my opinion, the fluctuations of the past few days are a clear hint of how quickly things can move when volume truly hits the stock. What do you think about the order book right now? There are some traders who profit from the volatility after the 20% movement on Monday, while we long-term investors just bleed and bleed 🙄 Patience is key… patience is key 🔑 ….
