They are not going to make an announcement based on stock price development. The Q2 financial report is coming in under 10 days, one must then expect an announcement about the situation.

That the price has already more than halved is unfortunately not in itself an argument that the bottom has been reached. The price is merely the result, while the question is what is happening with the business underneath it. I would especially keep an eye on order intake, revenue, cash flow, and whether the company can continue to deliver on the announced expectations. If the fundamental conditions stabilize and improve, the market's current pessimism may prove to be too great. But if expectations for future earnings continue to decline, the price can do so too. So for me, the question is not so much "how far can the stock fall?", but rather "what needs to happen in the business before the market regains confidence in the case?"
