    It is not my understanding that there is anything publicly known about the reason. She may well have received an attractive offer elsewhere. The market's reaction seems, in my assessment, out of proportion, and I do not see signs of underlying problems in the company. Management rotations are, by the way, a natural part of any organization.

    Gyldendal makes another acquisition and expects a revenue of 890-950 mio. kr. The positive thing is that they expect to maintain the same EBIT-margin of 8-9 %. The company is notoriously known for being a bit conservative, so from my point of view, it is not unrealistic that we end up around 90 mio. kr. in EBIT. The company has virtually no debt, and in the last financial report, they announced that they will pay out 30 % of EBIT in dividends. This corresponds to us potentially receiving 30,00 kr. per share in dividends next year. The stock is still relatively cheaply priced, and with increased uncertainty in the world, it is not a security I am unhappy to hold.

    I am a happy owner of the stock. However, I must admit that I wonder why time and again often only one stock is traded. Is it simply manipulation of the stock (because it often triggers a significant fluctuation in the price) or what is the idea behind it?
