·4 t sittenFor the company to be able to move to the UK, the shareholders must of course accept this offer. I have some shares in cadeler through sr bank marked and talked to them today. I was then told that the company must get a majority from the shareholders if a move is to be relevant. For my part, I want the company to stay here (Denmark) and we keep the shares on our ASK. So I am not going to accept this offer.
I am staying in. Do not see any major risks. But it could be that they need to "be closer to the investors" because they need share issues to pay for all the newbuildings? And share issues we do not like...

·13 t sittenHere is the deal for us Norwegians with shares in an aksjesparekonto at Nordnet. To accept the transfer, you have to go to Mine Sider -> Selskapshendelser & IPOer and find Cadeler on the list. In there you will find the form for accepting the transfer. It also states very clearly that "TILBUDET IKKE ER TILGJENGELIG FOR NOEN AV KONTOTYPENE DINE". I, as a Norwegian with an aksjesparekonto, have no way to accept the transfer unless I open another type of account. See attached screenshot. Whether it is due to Nordnet, general rules regarding transfer to the UK or whatever it might be, I do not know, but it does not seem like you can keep the shares in an aksjesparekonto at Nordnet. Talk about a messy process. What once was one of my better stocks has now fallen so hard that I am in the red. And yes, this makes me bitter.
·15 t sitten · MuokattuDifficult to predict the movements in this one. They are making large investments, have a solid order backlog, but are also very dependent on offshore wind power becoming big. Many price movements have little to do with fundamentals in the short term, you see that in many stocks all the time. It is also being shorted and manipulated in this one and for my own part patience is the medicine while others choose to trade.
