·21.9.The municipal election in Bjuv indicates that the sitting municipal council must resign and the opposition takes over. What this means for the sale of the property is difficult to assess. The agreement is probably binding also for the new municipal council, but who knows.
The agreement is 100% binding, so no danger if the opposition takes over. This concerns a commercial agreement and has nothing to do with politics.- ·14.9.This is going to be very good. The underlying values in Borgestad are much higher than what is reflected in the share price.
