1 päivä sitten·Where did you get that from? EMGS itself has stated that they “has not been in a position to meet the conditions for closing the bareboat chartering agreement for the Siem Day”. The fact that there are rumors about the purchase of another OSCV seems unlikely before the first agreement has actually been financed and closed.

That people pretend this came like lightning from a clear sky. The message from May 6 has been there all along, black and white. For those who actually read it, this was expected. Q2 was an interim quarter, not a drop. Atlantic Guardian completed the India jobs, and the last part of the income there will come in Q3. In addition, 3.5 million USD in prefunding from the North Sea is ready to be recognized as income now in the third quarter. The company has extended the loan until 2030, has been given the opportunity to raise more capital if needed, and Arctic Securities has confirmed that the Siem agreement is financially fair for the shareholders. I say what I think (and believe): this is not a company that is trying to survive. It is a company that is in the process of changing position and yielding. Personally, I hope they sell the entire seismic part and concentrate on the project around Siem Day, where the future and margins actually lie. But by all means - let the small shareholders escape and declare bankruptcy. I will take the risk and sit quietly. But whether you short or buy - I wish you good luck. That in itself is positive, but when smaller shareholders get into a total panic, there is not much they can do about the price. I myself now have a huge paper loss on the stock that I have been waiting for to be released for over ten years. But the oil boom, which was supposed to start with seismic, never came. Now it's just a matter of biting the bitter apple and realizing that EMGS is a lost cause, right?
