·9.6.The company's third quarter (Q3) showed a sequential recovery where EBITDA approached a zero result (breakeven), after a very weak first half. It's going in the right direction right now anyway. Rovsing has procurements worth 140 million DKK. Their annual revenue is around 37–41 million DKK, it is enough for them to secure a few larger contracts from the European Space Agency (ESA) or commercial partners for revenue and profitability to increase sharply. They have also signed a cooperation agreement with German Marble Imaging regarding earth observation data as well. This cooperation is expected, according to the company's own forecasts, to start generating revenue during 2026.
·11.6.I believe Rovsing mentioned at the last financial report that the company expects to have the same "win rate" or "hit rate" on what they had bid (on the 140 million you mention) as the company historically has had. I don't really know what the historical win rate has been at Rovsing.
·8.6.I could have picked 100+ companies I would have invested in rather than this micro company. When management has to go out and beg for 10 million to keep the ship afloat, it's a bright red flag.- ·5.6.Insider purchase by a board member of approx 300 000kr. Very positive and strong signal. Management has also subscribed to 80% of the issue, which is under lock-up for 90 days. One thing is certain, management strongly believes in this, it will be a fun Monday for us owners. It can go incredibly fast from here.
