14.7.I'm not here to play down anything or anyone, I was kind of excited to buy a few hundred shares of YCHP, but after studying this, it seems that since inception NAV has decayed with almost 1:1 to paid dividends. So basically I could create my own Yieldmax-style etf by just withdrawing couple of hundred euros every month from my savings account and call it a distribution. I'm happy to be proven wrong.
I guess the party is over, Clear H&S as I see it in the chart and the tech stocks are crashing over there. Micron shows a similar chart formation.- 17.6."But if the chip-stock momentum runs out of steam it could be a big problem for the stock market."
Yes,, when AI pops there will be a long pause in demand for that kind of chips,, but there is a certain chance that other markets,, like gaming and RAM for home use, will cushion the fall. - ·20.5.Uhh so it's almost payday again,,, $1.998 or €1,72-ish per share. that certainly looks very good. They were supposed to be paid out d.22 but let's see how many days Nordnet will need with the big abacus.It means that they did not pay a dividend, but actually just gave you some of your money back. This has the advantage that you do not have to pay tax on getting your money back. But it makes your purchase price fall,, and the day you sell the share, you have earned more that needs to be taxed.
