·19.1. · MuokattuDividend again today then. A little over 1% of the value. And with a 3.51% value appreciation since I bought on June 30, 2025, I'm quite satisfied. As I understand it, this ETF sells at the money CC, which places a stronger limitation on value appreciation. But I choose to keep this as an experiment. I also have some that sell CC out of the money with 5-10%, but there the dividend is possibly a bit lower. Fun to see going forward.
6.12.20256.12.2025Even when the markets went down in last 1 Month or so . This rtf had not gone down. seems to be much better than keeping in Fixed deposits and bonds. Any thoughts?·15.12.2025It is said that one should not invest in something one does not understand. I don't quite understand what the underlying in this is, but I have some such CC-ETFs as a test case on the side. Some are doing well, others not quite as well. 😊
·2.10.2025Before investing in Covered Calls strategies, I recommend watching this Youtube video from Ben Felix: https://youtu.be/ygVObRx9X68?si=5cuWDJiSZqy_fduU Unfortunately, I fell into the trap myself before I saw this - was attracted by a high dividend yield, but overlooked that you lose the upside potential on the stock uptrend. I can quite clearly see from the performance of this ETF in 2025 that you have participated in the downtrend in March, April, May, while the uptrend in subsequent months was capped/limited - due to the strategy's methodology. You should consider whether this is an optimal strategy for yourself - especially if you are a long-term investor. Sell my investment in this ETF now and put the money in something better - e.g. just a "regular" index ETF.·5.11.20255% last 3 months now, + approx. 1% per month in dividend is then completely fine. There are certainly better investments, but one can hit worse too 😊
