The Sub-Fund aims to achieve a positive relative return over the long-term principally through investments in equities of small and medium capitalization size companies domiciled in the Nordic Markets, i.e. Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Iceland; or of companies which, while not domiciled in Nordic Markets, carry out a predominant portion of their business activities in the Nordic Markets; or of companies the equity instruments of which are primarily traded in the Nordic Markets. The Sub-Fund will invest in equities at least 51% of its net assets.
