I have held PSNY almost since IPO, for more than 3 years. My original thesis was that Polestar could become a premium EV alternative with a strong brand and solid backing from Geely and Volvo. I am now exiting because I no longer believe that thesis holds. My main reasons are: - Weak financials and uncertain profitability. - Volvo stepping back weakens the original investment case. - Much tougher competition from Chinese EV brands. - Strong pressure from legacy automakers in the EV market. - Unclear long-term differentiation, especially if software and autonomy become more important. - The reverse split was a negative signal. - Brand strength alone has not been enoug. - ADR charges make it even less attractive to keep holding. So this is not just about being down on the position. It is about accepting that the thesis has changed and reallocating capital to other companies where I have stronger conviction. P.S. I still love the cars and brand and hope Polestar succeeds. To me the cars are 10x better than Tesla's but Polestar as an investment no longer makes sense. I also own TSLA and BYD shares.

Unfortunately, I have 8000 but they are at 20,5. So I just have to wait until it comes back up again, but if you haven't sold before it's at 25, then half will be gone.
