16 t sittenthis kind of buyback program can be manipulation, why? because during buyback you would indicate the maximum share price not minimum. as if ORK gets to 40 NOK per share and they stop buying and wait until stock gets to 60 then they resume the program?!! second, we don't know which one is the target here? 80000000 shares or 4000000000 NOK?! and also company can cancel buyback program at any time for any reason. and last but not least even if that is true and company manage to buy 4 B NOK worth of shares that would be a breakeven for us as shareholders, case that is the money to be distributed as dividend but will be spent on buyback program. (so we get 2 NOK dividend instead of 6 per share)
Agree that this setup seems strange. 80 million shares is completely illogical with a framework of 4 billion.
