·25.6.I'm having a bit of trouble finding information about whether current shareholders can subscribe for new shares or if it's a directed issue for large investors. Can anyone help here?This is what the press release states, then I don't know if Nordnet offers TR to existing shareholders: After the private placement, existing minority shareholders with subscription rights or purchasers of subscription rights may subscribe for new shares during the subscription period running from June 25 to July 8, 2026. The subscription price equals the placement price. The subscription ratio is 45:4: every 45 existing shares entitle the holder to subscribe for four new shares. In total, 5.70% of the new shares, equivalent to 97,092 shares, are reserved for this rights offering. Subscription rights will be tradeable on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange from June 25 to July 3, 2026, allowing shareholders who do not wish to subscribe to sell their rights in the market during this period.- ·19.6.There is some uncertainty ahead of a large new share issue to institutions that has been postponed due to the SPCX IPO and major shareholder KKR's decision to simultaneously sell a large part of its holding.
