Together they own almost 50 % of all shares. The Economic Crime Authority woke up: "NFO Drive's Chairman of the Board has, together with a private individual, been charged with market manipulation." The Board makes no comment. Board members continue to buy cheap shares. What insider information do they have that we don't? Does the Board still, after all this, have the shareholders' trust? Is NFO a target for a long-term and well-planned takeover by key personnel?Many wise words and thoughts! You are absolutely right about that. I personally believe that a sale is the idea behind the entire handling, otherwise it is terribly bad behavior. It's a shame that no one holds the board accountable! Considering the company's technical products, which are very good, one sees no forward-leaning planning! It's deplorable that they are allowed to carry on like this. Probably several new people are needed at the helm because this isn't working! I think they are throwing away fantastic products and it's deplorable!🤔Unfortunately, you were so damn right! I think it's very strange that the board doesn't react and do something about it! Is there no drive or interest? There is, among other things, a large shareholder who should act, I think.
