- ·14.5. · MuokattuToronto, Ontario – 14 May 2026 – Mogotes Metals Inc. (TSXV: MOG, FSE: OY4, OTCQB: MOGMF) (“Mogotes”, or “Company”) is pleased to announce partial laboratory assay results from diamond drill hole FS_DDH_016 at the Company’s flagship Filo Sur project in Argentina, immediately following the discovery from BHP and Lundin Mining’s Filo del Sol copper-gold-silver discovery¹. Assays received for the first 194 m within the 464 m deep hole confirm a continuous zone starting from 108 m depth of near-surface, high-grade copper-gold-silver-molybdenum mineralization within chalcopyrite – bornite – covellite bearing breccias, stockwork and dissemination within the altered porphyry matrix (Table 1). Mogotes’ geologists have noted strong parallels with the characteristics of mineralization in hole FS_DDH_016 and those reported from the nearby Filo del Sol deposit2. The core shows evidence of multiple stages of mineralization as seen in the nearby Filo del Sol deposit (Figure 3): chalcopyrite – bornite with porphyry-stage potassic alteration (breccias, stockwork, dissemination and anhydrite megacryst pegmatite veins), interpreted hypogene epithermal enrichment with fine-grained dark copper minerals including probable covellite/digenite as disseminated overgrowths on pyrite and distinct fracture coatings and localized sulphide-rich veins with enargite, as well as some evidence of supergene copper mineralization with localized fracture coating malachite, brochantite and probable chalcocite. · Shallow high-grade copper, gold, silver and molybdenum mineralization: mineralization starts at 108 m downhole, and trenching results along strike at surface indicate mineralization projects to surface beneath a thin cover of scree that may also conceal a larger mineralized target. · Generally low arsenic grades for the Vicuña district: Arsenic levels are typically low (median for this interval is 2 ppm As) within this mineralized interval with only specific narrow structures with elevated arsenic indicating the local presence of the copper-bearing epithermal mineral enargite. · Larger mineral system at play: The newly identified “Albor” target is part of a 3.5 km long Mogotes (Meseta - Luz del Sol – Cumbre – Albor) Miocene age target trend aligned within the regional scale, trans-orogenic, Macho Muerto Fault Zone. Observed multi-stage alterations and mineralization features in the drill core suggest association with a larger Cu-Au-Ag-Mo mineral system. · “Albor” is the second copper-gold-silver-molybdenum discovery by Mogotes during its first drill season at Filo Sur (see Cruz del Sur news release) and is part of the large Luz del Sol target trend where drill results are pending for a number of holes drilled during the 2025-2026 exploration season. Allen Sabet, President and CEO of Mogotes, commented: “During our first fully funded drill season at Filo Sur, we have now made two significant copper-gold-silver-molybdenum discoveries at Cruz del Sur and at the Albor target, where we have just scratched the surface of something we believe will be significant. This partial assay release from Albor is a first hole into a shallow and high-grade copper-gold-silver-molybdenum system, strategically located adjacent to the major Vicuña district deposits, where BHP and Lundin Mining are developing the Josemaria copper-gold porphyry and evaluating development options for the very large Filo del Sol deposit. As this style of mineralization has implications for the broader Vicuña district, we felt it prudent to release partial results for FS_DDH_016 as received. We continue to be humbled by the geological endowment of this very special part of the world and are grateful for the continued support of our patient shareholders. Stay tuned for more!”
- ·1.5. · MuokattuVicuña Update: Initial Drilling Finds Large-Scale, Shallow Gold-Copper System May 1, 2026 - Mogotes Metals Inc. (TSXV: MOG, FSE:OY4, OTCQB: MOGMF) ("Mogotes", or "Company") is pleased to announce the discovery of a large, shallow gold breccia system and an underlying gold-copper-molybdenum porphyry at its Cruz del Sur target, part of the Filo Sur project in Argentina's Vicuña district. The system spans a 4.0 x 0.5 km geophysical footprint, sits at a lower elevation relative to other targets, is largely concealed by thin cover, and remains open in all directions and at depth. This release presents results from the Cruz del Sur and Stockwork Hills prospects (Figures 1-3). Drilling continues at the prospective Luz del Sol – Meseta target cluster in the north (Figure 4) and will continue as long as the season permits, with assays from this area expected in June. Highlights • New near-surface gold-zinc breccia discovery: 24 m at 1.01 g/t Au (FS_DDH_007) within 120 m at 0.52 g/t Au from just 24 m depth • Underlying gold-copper porphyry confirmed: 62 m at 0.62 g/t Au and 800 ppm Cu (FS_DDH_006) within an interval of 258 m at 0.36 g/t Au and 744ppm Cu • Copper grades improve with depth, pointing to higher-grade potential under current drill coverage • Only a fraction of the largely gravel-covered, 4.0 x 0.5 km target footprint has been tested and the system is open along strike and at depth. Limited Drilling, Large Footprint: Only a small portion of the shallowly covered, 4.0 x 0.5 km Au-Cu-Mo-Zn target defined by magnetic geophysics and IP geophysics has been drill-tested, with holes focused on outcrops protruding through the gravel cover (Figure 1). The bulk of the system remains untested. Mogotes geologists interpret that a fully preserved breccia-porphyry complex is preserved under relatively thin cover. The system is centered at the intersection of the regional Macho Muerto (NW) and Mogotes (NE) fault systems and coincides with IP chargeability, MT conductivity, and VRMI magnetic anomalies. Open, Shallow Gold Corridor: Drilling and trenching over the Cruz del Sur Au-Zn zone has encountered gold-zinc mineralization within a multi-stage magmatic-hydrothermal breccia and also disseminated within units of the host volcanostratigraphy. Mogotes' drilling and new trench results from this season (Figure 2) have outlined a +500 m long, open gold corridor that will anchor future exploration for near-surface and potentially higher-grade Au-Zn extensions. Porphyry at Depth, Copper Grades Improve: Deeper holes beneath the breccia (Figure 3) have intersected a series of high-level diorite porphyry stocks hosting locally dense sheeted and stockwork veining with encouraging Au-Cu-Mo grades. Copper grades appear to strengthen with depth, pointing to higher-grade Au-Cu-Mo potential at depth and elsewhere within the larger geophysical footprint. Following up on this porphyry potential is a priority for the 2026-27 program. Drilling Underway at Northern Target The drill program continues at the Luz del Sol - Meseta target cluster south of the BHP – Lundin Filo del Sol copper-gold-silver discovery (see figure below). Rigs are drilling at the priority Luz del Sol target, where the Mogotes team has logged encouraging geological characteristics. Assays are expected to be reported in June, subject to laboratory timelines. Allen Sabet, President and CEO, commented: “These results mark a genuine discovery - a system we tracked from geophysics to drill confirmation. Cruz del Sur is large, shallow, and accessible, and it remains open in all directions and at depth. While these initial intercepts are early-stage, the scale of the footprint and how copper grades are strengthening with depth give us a clear roadmap: chase higher-grade gold in near-surface breccia and test the porphyry where geophysics hints at stronger copper at depth.” “In parallel, our rigs are turning at Luz del Sol in the north, where geology to date is encouraging. These assays are anticipated in June. We have plenty of running room across this large land package and it is now clear that there are multiple mineralization events at play here in the Filo Sur project.”
- ·15.4.1Mogotes signs option with Rio Tinto over Gold Copper Porphyry Project in USA April 15, 2026 - Mogotes Metals Inc. (TSXV: MOG, FSE:OY4, OTCQB: MOGMF) (“Mogotes”, or “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into an option-to-joint venture agreement with Kennecott Exploration Company (a subsidiary of global mining company Rio Tinto) regarding a gold and copper deposit in Montana, USA. · Large prospective land package in the USA with a pre-resource, exploration stage, gold-copper porphyry project discovered by Kennecott/Rio Tinto (RTX) in 2006 within the historic Copper Cliff mining district. · No exploration of the project since 2017 leaves significant potential to increase the footprint of the known porphyry mineralization with additional step-out drilling. · Mogotes Metals used existing drill cuttings to define an exploration target footprint, to guide the next steps of planned drilling, with dimensions of 1000 m vertically and a projected surface area of approximately 450 by 300 m. · The Copper Cliff exploration season is counter-cyclical to the exploration season for Mogotes’ Filo Sur project, providing potential for year-round exploration and news flow for the Company. · Mogotes will provide further technical information on the Copper Cliff project in the coming days. CEO Allen Sabet commented: “This option with Rio Tinto allows us to leverage the extensive discovery work performed by one of the largest mining companies in the world, apply our technical expertise and knowledge in copper porphyry exploration to make further discoveries in the district and explore to expand the known mineralization footprint at the main Copper Cliff discovery. We are very pleased to enter into this option which contemplates Mogotes earning up to 60% interest in the project, with all consideration for the option being project-related work expenditures. This deal leverages our company's platform as efficiently as possible, allowing us to explore large-scale Tier 1 gold-copper porphyry systems year-round as this project will be drilled during the Northern Hemisphere summer months when the Filo Sur project is in winter conditions.”
- ·9.4.Drilling Update at the Filo Sur Project – 4 rigs drilling multiple porphyry and epithermal targets in the Vicuña district, Argentina-Chile April 8, 2026 - Mogotes Metals Inc. (TSXV: MOG, FSE:OY4, OTCQB: MOGMF) (“Mogotes”, or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that four drill rigs are currently drilling multiple porphyry and epithermal targets at the Company's Mogotes Filo Sur project, which borders the southern boundary of the large BHP/Lundin Filo Del Sol copper-gold-silver resource in the Vicuña district. Drilling Program Update Drilling is planned to continue on priority targets highlighted in previous releases (see press release dated November 26, 2025). Two rigs are currently in Chile testing large-scale porphyry and high-sulfidation targets at the priority Luz del Sol prospect, while the remaining two rigs are simultaneously testing targets on the Argentine side of the project. 3D integrated modeling of the recently completed March 2026 infill and extension MT/IP geophysical survey covering Mogotes' Chilean claims, has outlined compelling anomalies along the 3.25 km long Luz del Sol trend. This large anomaly is parallel to the regional-scale, northwest-trending Macho Muerto trans-orogenic fault zone, with the conductivity target (MT <100 to 30 Ohm.m) now extending to the northwest underlying the Meseta silica-alunite cap, on the claim boundary with the BHP/Lundin Filo Del Sol project. During February 2026, Mogotes also completed a large drone magnetic survey over the Chilean claims. The magnetic model highlighted a large anomaly underlying Luz del Sol, further supporting the conceptual porphyry target at the prospect (Figure 2). Drilling will continue until operating conditions require the program to be shut down. Results are expected to be released on a target-by-target basis as they are received and interpreted by the Company. (Pending Results Update Initial results from the southern cluster of targets at Cruz del Sur and Stockwork Hills are pending from the lab and are expected in the coming weeks).
