Hey, fence-sitters! After conducting a small investigation into Atlas's holding in Tigo, I want to present what I found and my thoughts: Atlas's total holding in Tigo amounts to approximately 45.9 % on June 29. Atlas has thus increased its share since the turn of the year by approx. +3.7 %, up from approx. 42.2 %. The interesting thing is that Atlas has a derivative agreement which is fundamentally a binding obligation to buy shares. For this specific agreement, Atlas has the right to buy up to 6 million shares as of September 29. If Atlas buys 6 m, the ownership will increase to 49.5 of Tigo. So who is the seller? As I understand it, Atlas has entered into the derivative agreement with Société Générale. This means that Société Générale needs to buy shares from someone. What's a bit confusing here is that the bank does NOT have to buy the shares for delivery to Atlas. Theoretically, they can deliver virtually ZERO shares. Don't ask me why. This is already beyond me. After a small search to see if Société has holdings in Tigo, I was no wiser. What I found: Société owns 179 460 shares, i.e., 0.107 % of Millicom's outstanding shares. The synthesis: Atlas's holding in Tigo has only increased and increased this year. There is therefore nothing to suggest that Atlas will stop increasing its holding regardless of whether Société Générale delivers within the framework of the derivative agreement until September 29. Which in itself is not a must, but given how Atlas has continuously increased its ownership, the probability appears that Atlas will continue to increase its ownership in Tigo. The coming weeks will be interesting to see if a "notification of change in ownership" is published. Excuse me if the text is messy!

JP. therefore raises the target price against the background of an improved fundamental view on the company. At the same time, they assess that the current valuation already reflects a large part of the positive outlooks and that the market's expectations are high. SO therefore they lower their recommendation from Overweight to Neutral. Excuse me but this is only an XxL shit sandwich from JP. TIGO has just raised EFCF by 33.33 % for the year 2026 and calculates a reduction in leverage. It is therefore not the market, but the company itself that has raised this "expectation". Hellooo! This smells fishy from a long way off. Someone wants to get in cheap and I wouldn't say that JP. helps small investors directly.

Correction: The percentage increase of EFCF is approximately ≈ 20 % and not as previously stated 33.33 %.
