·18.8.Still quiet as the grave. The board is unable to (will not prioritize?) hire a new CEO (Strømgren is indeed no longer listed as interim CEO). The stock is slowly but surely drifting downwards. The company feels far too top-heavy with MGN people and it's very easy to imagine that they have plenty of other things to prioritize over Hermana...
Looks like the Anchor Handling Vessel Scandi Fram is booked for an assignment in connection with Western Isles FPSO. What this entails is hard to know, but at least something is happening. We'll see going forward if there will be any movement in the FPSO. https://foslive.com/# If there was a sale underway, we would probably have heard about it, and Buchan is probably not approved yet, so this could also be something in connection with maintenance, perhaps? But in the absence of news, I'm sharing it anyway, as it might be worth keeping an eye on.
·7.7.Recent updates in the shareholder register from Oslo Børs show that the investment company F2 Funds AS has gradually increased its position in Hermana Holding. These transactions, which reflect normal market activity, show a steady accumulation of shares from the investor's side. The changes strengthen F2 Funds AS' position as a significant shareholder in the company, and underpin continued interest from investors.
·28.5.Wondering when/if they will put some of the cash reserves to work. Approaching 2 years on the stock exchange, and 2.5 years since they revealed plans to form Hermana as a royalty company. Surely we must be able to expect more than them just managing the Western-isles license when it eventually becomes operational.Completely agree! One can easily get the feeling that Hermana is because of the people, still too "MGN-heavy", without MGN having ownership in the company anymore and one can wonder if other things are prioritized higher than Hermana right now... Strømgren, who is interim CEO, is now also CEO of Magnora Data Center. Almost a year ago, it was mentioned by the chairman that they were looking for a new CEO in Hermana. I do, however, believe in something like DFENS when something finally happens, so I'm sitting relatively calmly with the shares at today's price.
·21.4.Reports 2026 From and including 2026, Hermana will only report semi-annually. The next report is 19.8.2026. But I naturally hope for good news before then. Western Isles FPSO is put up for sale and there are said to be several interested parties, but no news yet.The day the announcement comes, I believe the stock will move to 22-23. It is then the expectations of increased revenues that come into play. I would rather not be on the sidelines when this day comes. Could happen today, tomorrow or later.
