A significant player in the market and as far as I know, the only ones who have managed to build in this sector without going over budget and on time. It needs another 3-4 years before it really takes off. If one has a bit of peace of mind, then it should just sit in the portfolio and be comfortable. But $4.8 today is quite a drop. Buying opportunity?
