The stock price has grown handsomely these last twelve months and has steadied at around 5.3ish SEK. My biggest issue has been the rejected u.s patent, since the u.s oncology market comprises 50% of the world market. Elicera have written out that steps have been taken to secure the patent, but have been vague about which steps exactly. I wrote to Jamal El-Mosleh, inquiring about their strategy for the patent. The answer is as follows: "We have submitted a continuation application that was published on 19 February 2026 and have received publication number US 2026/0049119 A1. Please note that it’s not approved yet." I'm satisfied with this answer, as this is not an appeal, but a modification of the patent which should hopefully address the issues that made the previous patent application fail. We're looking at a timeline of 12-36 months for the new application to be processed (and hopefully approved) I will continue to invest in Elicera, as I believe the company will be extremely successful in the future, the timeframe for the case is 5 years minimum for me

Whether we are ready for it or not is determined by the counterparty's risk appetite and their view on the documentation we have collected so far, and continuously build upon. "·24.3.Simpleton
