Draganfly is more of a pure drone company with collaborations in defense and emergency situations (for example, during disasters) to transport equipment or restore communication. Ondas is a bit more than just drone technology, they have two quite distinct business areas - drone technology with wireless networks and data services. Gross profit for the third quarter 2025 was 420,947 USD, a decrease of 4.5 % from 440,780 USD for the same period last year. Gross margin percentage for the third quarter 2025 was 19.5 % compared to 23.4 % in the third quarter 2024. Gross profit would have been 464,284 USD and gross margin would have been 21.5 %, excluding a one-time inventory write-down of 43,337 USD which does not affect cash flow. The decrease is due to the sales mix of the products sold. An adjusted total loss of 3,579,510 USD excluding non-cash flow impacting changes consisted of a negative change in fair value derivatives of 1,837,618 USD, an inventory write-down of 43,337 USD and a write-down gain on promissory notes of 35,461 USD and would otherwise be a total loss including non-cash flow impacting items of 5,425,004 USD compared to an adjusted total loss of 3,771,250 USD for the same period last year. Contributing to the decrease compared to the previous year are a foreign exchange gain, a decrease in consulting fees offset by an increase in office and miscellaneous expenses, personnel and management costs, and share-based compensation. Cash and cash equivalents as of September 30, 2025 of 69,881,348 USD compared to 6,252,409 USD on December 31, 2024.
