They have around 150 million dollars in cash, no debt, and delivered record results in 2025. He points to several things that can drive the price up: the first hedge fund launch which is right around the corner, the establishment of a UCITS platform in the EU after the rejection in Sweden, the launch of Valour Custody, and that arbitrage strategies will be scaled in the second half of the year. Stillman Digital is growing strongly and is on track for a record year, and Valour has had net inflow into its ETPs even though the crypto market is weak. In addition, they are working on new AI-based products and trading strategies that will contribute directly to revenues. Reverse split is only a reserve for Nasdaq requirements, not something they plan to use to boost the share price. His point is that if the company delivers on these points and the crypto market gets some tailwind, the stock CAN rise naturally before September.
