1. A possible forced redemption was rejected at the general meeting. 2. It is legal for major shareholders to place buy/sell offers on the open market. 3. When there is a profit, it will be an advantage for the small shareholders that the profit remains in the company, so the share will theoretically only theoretically rise in price, at least, if one holds them in a pension fund. 4. Buying many shares for less than 1 krone each distorts the profit because the brokerage fee accounts for a relatively large part of the purchase price. 5. Properties and related matters etc. in Poland via a Danish company, are for me particularly interesting,

They must soon have 90%. Can only guess at a reason why they don't compulsorily redeem. Still missing a bit, we small ones can only watch. In my world, it's just not okay with that trading pattern, but of course, it's completely irrelevant what I think.

Exactly as with Mols, the last ones apparently got a reasonable price. That's probably just how one operates on the stock market today. Money decides everything.

It is a great financial report, the best since cemat started. The share price just doesn't budge regardless of what is announced.

Am not familiar with the legislation and have absolutely no idea if that's what's happening. Can one imagine that many of cemat shares are placed in companies that are taxed on a mark-to-market basis and one is therefore not interested in a rising price due to tax. Am in no way saying it's happening, but if it is, is it legal?? Others besides me must wonder about the long-lasting low price. Am fully aware of the low daily turnover and few large shareholders who hold most of the shares.
