Why on earth bring this 'expensive' /fully priced portfolio to list it on the stock exchange when the leverage ratio is so high? To later raise capital and spread it among more, of course, while one will probably see the largest owner gradually selling down. These people have a horrible stock market history, they haven't made anyone happy so far with their listed companies. That invest has lost money for years is a fact, little indicates that this will turn around here and now. Little to own.
·5.4. · MuokattuOn Tuesday, the news about the share issue, which had been announced earlier, came out. It is intended to ensure that the company gets a broader shareholder base. A bit disappointing, perhaps, that the price was set as low as 25 kr. But at the same time, it is a rather modest share issue and dilution. Admittedly, it constitutes up to 40% dilution for today's KMCP shareholders, but as soon as the merger is completed, this share issue will only constitute up to 0.4% dilution. So I still expect the share price to correct towards the underlying value in Bewi Invest as soon as the merger is completed. And the most interesting thing in the press release is that the merger is expected to be completed and shares in the merged company are expected to be tradable after April 24th, i.e., in 3 weeks.·10.4.I guess 25 kr will be the highest price for the company. Before one starts a long long desert trek with steadily weaker share price over time. Read the history of these companies they list on the stock exchange. So why do they, for example, list this company on the stock exchange? Probably to sell themselves down over time and raise money
