·27.7.Am I the only one who thinks Balder is starting to look very attractive? I'm especially thinking that at the half-year report, the long-term NAV was 94.3 SEK per share. I think that's a pretty reasonable discount on the valuations. Historically, Balder has not been overly optimistic about their assessments, and were quite quick to write down heavily during the interest rate shock in 2022. In addition, they have moved towards residential rental, which is very stable. On the negative side, the debt is a bit too high, and slightly above their own target. All in all, I think it provides very good diversification compared to the global indices which contain 70% US, heavy in tech and asset light (intangible assets). But with Balder, you get Nordic real assets, inflation-linked rental income.Now I have put action behind my words and in a couple of rounds bought 4400 units, so they will remain held for a few years, and we'll see how it goes.

- ·11.5.Just bought a bit of this one. Inflation in Sweden is very low. Could indicate lower interest rates. At the same time, the price is low compared to book values. Most analysts have a price target around 70, corresponding to a potential of over 30%. However, the stock has looked a bit weak for a period, but maybe now is the right time to buy into it. Time will tell 🤷♂️
