Excerpts of what I'm taking away from the interview: - a balanced Lewis, who seems relieved and calm (even though he spends way too much time addressing the many who haven't believed in him in my opinion). Hasn't been the case every time. - he actually acknowledges the existence of other tungsten producers, but then he just bashes them, fair enough 😀 - Moly drill results on the way, he actually says early March. And the path to production, apparently? - opening ceremony March 17th as previously mentioned here! A hell of a lot of politicians etc, the big official opening according to LB - absolutely no indications of commercial production in Sangdong, which one would expect to follow an opening ceremony! He is actually just as vague here as he has been 2, 4 and 8 months ago. He has said several times that wet commissioning should start now, but that has still not happened, and based on this, I do not expect what he says to hold true this time. - they will then come with 'data' as heavily discussed in March, 'lower spec throughput' I think he calls it. So it's still unclear whether they will come online in 2026, but for now, I haven't lost hope. - or maybe it was the Montana mine (lower spec)🤔. There might be a little in late 2026, but actual mining is not expected for another 2-3 years - Los Santos in Spain has apparently had a breakthrough! Without much more being said, apparently - the tungsten oxide plant is under construction, and LB highlighted it several times! - LB does not rule out that someone might consider acquiring Almonty, and he will consider it in the same way as Panasquiera back in the day. I personally don't think it's imminent, and LB specifically mentions the 21 X P/E he got last time 😊. That was probably it. Excellent guidance on everything other than Sangdong production, I would say. But a nice slide tour of the mine, and one is certainly convinced that they have a very modern and well-thought-out facility in every aspect!
