·21.10.And there came the first directed share issue. Still strange that after such a short time as an independent company without actually having proven anything, one needs to raise new money... Would have been becoming if the company had had a slightly larger cash position initially and first proven something before the next issue.
·19.10.Good Q3 presentation by the CEO who explained more about how they plan to proceed. The Fortnox integration will serve as a model for continued establishment in Denmark, Norway, and England, among other places, where there are already dominant accounting systems on the market to partner with.- ·19.10.Interesting but also somewhat disappointing in this report. ARR has not increased notably while the cost base is starting to rise. The bright spots are that the Fortnox integration is expected to gain traction and large sales. Personally, I think that integration will take longer. I guessed on a multiple increase of ARR in this quarter so that prediction fell very flat. I am much less positive about this now than I have been previously. They are burning 3 mkr-ish per quarter which is increasing and revenues are not increasing notably so they have a runway of presumably 2-3 quarters before a miracle or a new share issue happens. I am leaning toward the latter....
Yes. Strange to only land 5-10 customers in a whole quarter. Wonder why there were 100-150 customers the quarter before. Oh well. There is so much one does not know. Queue from upsale? We have to hope that the focus on tying together fortnox pays off in the coming quarter. The dependence on fortnox may well be handled by entering into similar agreements with several business systems.

Lots of tasks that are rationalized away and handled via AI. Will be exciting to hear how the users succeed.- ·7.10.It will be exciting to follow this journey. Bought my first ones on Monday at 5.45kr. A bit late but might still turn out good. An intelligent step to partner with Fortnox and process their 6-700’ customers. (We are quite pleased if 1% bite) So these will be exciting months now after the launch on October 14. May there be pilots to highlight as success stories. One can well believe that DW knows what he is doing. With 23 years of experience in fulfilling customer needs. Fun to be along for the ride!
