How much further down will we go, are they 100% saved from bankruptcy, and will anything come of the framework agreements that were previously entered into? I feel somewhat worried about those framework agreements if they are really struggling financially. Looking long-term, I simultaneously have faith that the new management will lift the company back.
It's quite wild with this company: it was traded in at a value of 300 mio. SEK a little over 1 year ago and now the market cap is just 12 mio. SEK. But the risk of them going bankrupt is still there, so that's probably why the share price is all the way down here. But there must be a number of lenders who have a strong interest in Ortelius becoming a success story when one considers that debt has been converted to shares at prices significantly higher than where we are now. They made a framework agreement in November last year for up to 330 mio. SEK which we haven't heard much about since.. It's the wildest and fastest capital destruction I've seen in a long time, but maybe there's a turnaround on the way, who knows. If there's anyone out there with a bit deeper knowledge about this company, a briefing would be nice.. Maybe someone who has interacted with Ortelius in some capacity. I wonder if someone is accumulating well here at the "bottom" (I don't know if it continues down) or if someone with larger holdings took the opportunity to exit with the news and the liquidity it created 🤔Well, they have bought themselves a little time, but it was dearly bought. They need to start a major rescue operation before the trend reverses from here 😬
- ·14.7.So, bankruptcy has been averted for now. This gives the CEO and co. time to focus on the most important thing: the business itself. I have good faith that they can generate some revenue during the second half of 2026 with this financing, unfortunately with significant dilution for us who hold the stock, but it was probably unavoidable. 👍🏼
