    Haven't had the energy to look into today's news but in Swedish: "After the amendment and supplement to the loan agreement, the conversion price upon a possible conversion of debt to shares according to the loan agreement is set at 3 SEK per share. No volume-weighted average price (VWAP) shall be applied." Which means that the creditor (the fund in this case) seems to value the share at 3 SEK, now or in the near future.

    It's really starting to smell like spoofing with all these massive sell orders just above the current price between 1.75-1.85. We have only broken through one this week and then another one appeared just above. Maybe FI will actually find something now that it has been reported by someone.

    Strange that it's plummeting and will surely go down to 1.07 but more are buying in - and does anyone know why they need to borrow more money with that turnover and under such bad conditions - or am I completely wrong about it 🫵🏼🫶🏼🦾🚀

    Very difficult to understand those who are selling out now and can't wait until Wednesday when we most likely will get the news that they are proceeding as planned. Does anyone seriously believe that a newly listed company with a new framework agreement worth 330 million and a bunch of employees would just give up? I am heavily invested and believe in this, both short-term and long-term, so I'm probably a bit biased too 👍

    A framework agreement does not imply a guaranteed revenue. Sell the crap. They have no plan and change direction constantly. Feels more like a laundry...

    You have probably misunderstood the reverse acquisition. It's a new company that bought the listing, has nothing to do with previous operations 👍
