    Don't see the connection between the purchase of Ellwee and the share issue. The purchase of Ellwee probably happened precisely because that company was basically on its way to being delisted due to liquidity problems and that Ortelius, so to speak, didn't buy a company but a listing on First North. Payment was made with newly issued shares, and regardless of the value placed on these at the time of the acquisition, it's probably those shares that are now being dumped on the market. Where is the information that Ortelius has liquidity problems and is in need of a new share issue?
