This means that one acquires the unlisted shares for less than 1/3 of their current value. The low price is due to a difficult-to-understand process where shareholders were "paid out" a portion of the cash holdings and subsequently received additional shares at the main shareholder's expense - without the market and journalists really being able to comprehend and calculate what the new price should be. It may therefore take some time before the price of Flerie recovers - but it should. The official substance discount calculated by ibindex.se is 51 % today. But note that I do not calculate the discount in the same way as ibindex, as I instead use what I call the real substance discount. I calculate the "real substance discount" exclusively in relation to the unlisted shares, by first fully offsetting the value of the listed shares as well as positive capital including receivables (and offsetting any debt.) After that, it is of course necessary to look at what unlisted shares are in the company's portfolio, and one must consider whether the value is correctly determined. I do not have the prerequisites to know this, and must therefore assess whether I find the management and critics credible and competent, including to what extent the management itself invests, and whether there are larger investors who sometimes supplement further.

But what kind of company is Flerie? Compared to the share price development, it looks like a sinking ship, which I am now forced into if I want to keep my Biosergen shares. Can someone write three lines about why you hold shares in Flerie?And a quick check on AI says rights issue, which is fully underwritten. So there are no problems with it.- ·4.6. · MuokattuAgain a totally flawed and misleading news text, which helps to drive down the share price. The reality is that the net asset value fell by 0.34 % but the text makes it look like a catastrophe if you don't know better: "Investmentbolaget Fleries substansvärde uppgick till 36,44 kronor per aktie per den 31 maj. I slutet av april var substansvärdet 41,79 kronor och vid årsskiftet 43,60 kronor" The fall must be recalculated in relation to the new shares and the deletion of main shareholder shares to understand that the net asset value figures for the end of April are totally irrelevant and cannot be compared with the 36,44, which is the current net asset value and which has thus only fallen by 0.34 % The current price of 22,90 compared to the net asset value of 36,44 is, however, interesting. And since then, the net asset value has increased. Ibindex calculates today's net asset value at 38,31, and Ibindex now calculates the discount to no less than 40 %. I myself calculate what I call the "real net asset value" at 64,5 % - see post above.
