·3 päivää sittenI'm a bit curious what you others think about the upcoming Q1 report in light of the fact that the development has now been discontinued. What are your expectations for management's plans going forward? How do you see the possibilities for potential partnerships or an acquisition?
·6.5.A month has passed now. Can one believe that management is in dialogue with potential interested parties? Or is a month nothing in a long process, and far too early to hope that someone has come forward as interested?
·7.5. · MuokattuWith that management, one cannot believe in much - other than that everything is very uncertain, which the current situation confirms. They have to a great extent treated our money carelessly. I imagine the largest shareholders feel the same way since yet another emission did not prove to be realistic. We expect to hear more within the coming months. Time will tell if they end as a failure or with dignity (considering the situation). I know what I'm betting on, but whether the loss is 85% or 100 can be irrelevant, so that's why I'm still here with a slim hope of getting half the money back and if a bidding war arises maybe more 🤞
·8.4.We will have to see what it amounts to. At the current share price, Biosergen is worth 17 mio dkk or 25 mio svk. If the patent for BSG005 at this price level is not worth acquiring for larger pharmaceutical companies, one must assume that the results or future earning potential have been somewhat misleading.
·21.4.Yes, and we as shareholders really also need to be very careful. Don't misunderstand me here: BIOSERGEN, whether it's a good or bad bid, may be forced to get it out in the media, to pressure others to join in. We just need to understand that - and then it's up to us to interpret whether BIOSERGEN thinks it's a good or bad bid, and whether it's something we should act on, or if something better is coming, just around the corner - one shouldn't get dissatisfied too quickly. BIOSERGEN has tried to develop new e-medicine - unfortunately without success, and with as sharp elbows as they had. This is something completely different. They are, which I completely agree with, in a completely different situation, and they must now show they can execute on something completely different, namely selling the company, in a different way than before. I am quite curious if they can handle that task. It's not a hot topic they operate in, and it's not trending at all - but they knew that from the start. It REALLY requires a salesperson. And the stage they are in now, REALLY requires a salesperson. I doubt if they can, and therefore I am considering selling what I have left.·29.4. · MuokattuThey couldn't even manage to raise capital for an otherwise mega exciting case with great potential. Other companies manage it. With the large and well-funded investors they had on board, it should have been easier, but they have closed the coffers, otherwise we would have seen an issuance. They are to blame for the lack of investor confidence and for things turning out as they have. That's all there is to it. I am therefore also very doubtful if they can handle this process appropriately and with a reasonably tolerable/satisfactory compromise for us loyal shareholders.- ·7.4.Embarrassing, Biosergen!

I have the vast majority of my funds invested in the company, so I prefer it goes to the moon. But despite this, I have to be realistic about the management and the situation we are in because of them. However, I have mentioned some positive points in some of the previous posts here on the site, if that is of interest. There is still hope and opportunities even though the situation is surprising.
