Tomorrow is dividend day again, and people want to get into the stock. Fantastic good trend we are witnessing, strong uptrend, now there is only a short month left until we probably see 4 cents again, and then we should see +55 kr.

The company has secured 100% of its available rig days for April and has a significant contracted order book. As a reflection of these positive prospects, the board has approved an increased monthly dividend, with potential for further increases.

9.4.9.4.In March 2026, the Company had 11 out of 11 rigs employed and rig utilization was 99%. As of April 9, 2026, 100% of available rig days in April are contracted. The contracted backlog beyond April is approximately USD 24.8 million. Based on our outlook for April, the Company expects to be able to increase its next monthly distribution subject to no material adverse development in market conditions. Cash distribution: The Board of Directors today approved a monthly cash distribution of approximately USD 1.5 million based on free cash flow for March 2026. The distribution will be made from the Company's Contributed Surplus account which consists of previously paid in share premium transferred from the Company's Share Premium account. Key information: Distribution amount: USD 0.035 per share Declared currency: USD. Payment to shares registered with Euronext VPS will be distributed in NOK Date of approval: April 9, 2026 Last day including right: April 13, 2026 Ex-date: April 14, 2026 Record date: April 15, 2026 Payment date: On or about April 22, 2026·9.4.Nice with 0.035 now. Will most likely be nicer from next month😁·1 päivä sittenThen we will probably see 4 cent again, and a yield of approx 10% which we must say is perfectly fine to keep in the portfolio. Exciting to see if the increased energy prices spill over to the American onshore market, which in turn will strengthen the rates for the rig players in Permian. That would be the next step up in that case. The share can probably withstand 50-55 kr if it steadily pays 4 cent per share through 2026 and backlog is at +25 usd.
