I don't think Itera is a terrible company. But in an industry with an abundance of capacity where new - and potentially better - capacity is created almost daily in AI. It's been a long time since I checked more closely, but it was a company characterized by high turnover among employees, where they were good at winning contracts in the golden period before AI, but bad at building an organization and were never particularly professional as a company. 
9.6.FYI; I’m delighted to inform investors on the Nordnet platform that under my leadership as Group COO of Itera (and top 10 shareholder) we have completed the design, build and now implemented a new growth factor of Itera; A unique Integrated Management System with 5 ISO certificates, including security, AI, environment, quality management, occupational health and safety. This System has recently been audited and approved by DNV. DNV has confirmed that Itera is a leading digital provider in Europe with this diversified and yet fine tuned integrated management system. For Itera this is a business case and driver to grow further, for customers this will add positively to their business risk assessment and risk management while sourcing digital services. This as inspiration that AI is not hype, but done responsibly, securely and effectively (according to Itera's AI ISO certification) it will create good business value.

Leading the way: Being among the very first in Norway with ISO 42001 (announced yesterday, May 26) gives Itera a solid mark as a market leader in responsible artificial intelligence.
