·19.10.A slightly overlooked stock Finally, the analyst highlights Integrated Wind Solutions, which he calls "a slightly overlooked stock". – The company now has six CSOV-es (Commissioning Service Operation Vessel, ed. note) on the water with good contract coverage into 2027, and two weeks ago they announced a newbuilding program for four new vessels with delivery in 2029/30, he states. – The vessels will be financed with cash flow from operations as well as more debt, and management is clear that the newbuilding program will not come at the expense of the dividend policy. Billing estimates that the newbuildings could increase earnings per share by 70 percent by 2030. – Assuming the stock then trades at today's P/E, which is around ten times, and one receives 4 kroner in annual dividend, we see potential for an annual return of 17 percent, he concludes. Recommendations SEB does not directly own shares in any of the companies and has not had corporate assignments for them in the past twelve months.
Dertil: In addition to the four firm newbuildings, IWS Fleet has secured options for four additional vessels at the same firm prices with scheduled delivery in 2030 and 2031, subject to certain adjustment factors for changes in foreign exchange rates and key sub-suppliers.
