·28.10.What does delisting mean: Your shares cannot be easily traded through an exchange The shares you have left behind may incur additional costs in the form of a quarterly fee for storing unlisted shares. This fee can be very expensive for small positions! If you are going to buy or sell the shares, it will take time and energy and a lot of interaction between you and the secondary party is required to get you through. In addition, you must organize the transaction from/to your VPS and to/from the counterparty's VPS. Important to note!

EG is in my book a junior stock exchange, but it is better to be listed there than to take Byggma off the stock exchange, given the number of small shareholders.
·21.10.I don't quite understand why they are choosing to take the company off the stock exchange now, if they have a capital need in relation to the loan terms in the NSKOG investment. It must be easier to raise money when the company is on the stock exchange. Maybe Drangsland has full control after all?

Here at 12:51- ·16.9.Why isn't there a large buy order? If I were a small shareholder, I would be a little irritated now. Why doesn't Drangsland issue buy orders so that those who want to can get out of "prison"? There are 3.5 million shares in circulation across the 20 largest owners, those of these who want to exit should be given such an opportunity.
·22.9.Because apart from less visibility, updating the price picture and difficulties with possible trading of the share - is it really that negative to be taken off the stock exchange? I consider the future prospects of the company to be good, and then it is not unnatural to invest. Of course you have to have a longer horizon than with other purchases, but I normally have a long horizon anyway. It is tempting to buy a pot. The worst that can happen is that I lose some money, but at the same time learn something new.·22.9. · MuokattuInvestor theory says - "consider the liquidity of your portfolio, to avoid being stuck with assets you can't sell". To assess the stock now I would have to have a risk premium. If Byggma is relisted (EGrowth) the matter is calm.
