·29.7.Good buyer side. No sellers in comparison. Completely the same trading patterns since 2023, there must be a reason. Would have investigated those trading patterns, but expensive and cumbersome, so I have to settle for just watching.
·28.7.Eivind Dam Jensen, who owns around 32 % of the shares in Cemat, has injected many millions into the company he has that owns the Cemat shares. I believe he would like to have over 33.3 % as he then can/must make an offer for the remaining shares. Therefore...the price before must be as high as possible, as that probably influences his offer...So therefore let's get it up...

You seem more like you're dissatisfied with the share price, it doesn't help to complain to the Financial Supervisory Authority about the share price 😊 All brokers' platforms have automatic tools to spot such things you claim, and they can do it much better than you or I can. And they are obliged to report if there should be anything. But that the share is very cheap now is only because there is no trading/turnover in the share, so it is very logical that the share price falls when there is no interest. There is nothing unnatural about that. What you also write, that there are only a few shares in free float, that is also not true, by far most of the shares in the company are precisely in free float. Cemat is relatively new as a company and has made their first project property, which is expected to be sold now, with good growth and dividend in 2028, then I'm in for the long run, and don't think so much about daily prices. If you are not satisfied, then just sell and move on. I am very satisfied with the development in the company, especially the 2025 financial statement was really good. I don't think the major shareholder from Esbjerg can afford to buy the rest... just came out with a loss. Plus his golf club is closed, and no buyers for a long time. The rest of us just have to buy up, and snag 20 % in return per year
