·3 päivää sittenUnfortunately, I don't think it will become a meme stock - but if you can get some large investors in, it would definitely help. After having reviewed this company from A-Z over many years, I am most convinced that the very low share price is due to lack of interest, the major shareholders have correctly seen that the value is not found now - but in future building rights, the stock is still trading far below its equity. Cemat only has building rights on less than 10% of the plots and still the share price should probably be closer to 1.5 - so if they just get building rights on 30-35% it will multiply. The current main shareholders are probably here for min. 5-10 years, and for them, the share price doesn't matter. In that context, it's probably most interesting to look at Gist Holding, the owner is a big name in Danish business, and apparently also a former professor at CBS - he has 20-25 mill. in Cemat out of an equity of approx 115 mill. so he definitely believes in it but is also definitely here for the long haul. So unless something interesting suddenly happens, it will probably fluctuate between 0.8-1.1 for the next very long time - which, by the way, is somewhat below the lowest figures one can find even in the most conservative analysis. So hang in there and do as Lars and I do, SUPPORT the share price as much as possible, so the robot doesn't win ;-)
Is definitely being held down. Why and by whom! I have no idea about that. Everything is anonymous, after all, so we small ones don't have a chance to assess it, but a strange price development.
·21.6.Hey, just a couple of things. The article that was posted is 1.5 years old where the equity was approx 70 million lower !!! I try every day to buy up until closing time at the high price, so it closes at the high price after all. There is only one solution, to get more buyers...A Danish meme stock, which moreover has substance... So tell about it out in the community...The majority of the stock is in few hands. A larger player knows that and therefore has almost no interest in it. The share price should probably rather be at least 3. Just my opinion.- ·7.5.To 4Tekniken, thank you very much. I will just read it again, and then see if one can't get something started, so we can get a more real pricing. One might perhaps get Lau or Tobias Storm interested in it....
