·18 t sittenUnfortunately, I don't think it will become a meme stock - but if you can get some large investors in, it would definitely help. After having reviewed this company from A-Z over many years, I am most convinced that the very low share price is due to lack of interest, the major shareholders have correctly seen that the value is not found now - but in future building rights, the stock is still trading far below its equity. Cemat only has building rights on less than 10% of the plots and still the share price should probably be closer to 1.5 - so if they just get building rights on 30-35% it will multiply. The current main shareholders are probably here for min. 5-10 years, and for them, the share price doesn't matter. In that context, it's probably most interesting to look at Gist Holding, the owner is a big name in Danish business, and apparently also a former professor at CBS - he has 20-25 mill. in Cemat out of an equity of approx 115 mill. so he definitely believes in it but is also definitely here for the long haul. So unless something interesting suddenly happens, it will probably fluctuate between 0.8-1.1 for the next very long time - which, by the way, is somewhat below the lowest figures one can find even in the most conservative analysis. So hang in there and do as Lars and I do, SUPPORT the share price as much as possible, so the robot doesn't win ;-)I have no forms of social media, so unfortunately I am not the right person to spread the good investment case. I have investigated the valuation from the figures from Cushman & Wakefield, who have made the valuation of 198.0 million. and it only takes as its starting point what is already established...meaning it omits 90% of the areas (x % the values?) as I see it - unfortunately the report is not publicly available, but must of course be with both the board and the management. Furthermore, it is of older date, and there is no basis for comparison for the area.

I try every day to buy up until closing time at the high price, so it closes at the high price after all. There is only one solution, to get more buyers...A Danish meme stock, which moreover has substance... So tell about it out in the community...
The board had probably started some share buybacks, but it was apparently rejected at the general meeting. It will probably all work out in the end.- ·7.5.To 4Tekniken, thank you very much.
