    Just look what's hidden in today's financial report: The Group's ownership interest in SporbyenScandia P/S amounts to 94.2%, but has, after the end of the reporting period, as of May 1, 2026, increased to 100%. SporbyenScandia P/S has, after the end of the reporting period, sold the former administration building to a private investor who wishes to convert the property for residential purposes.     Could one imagine the capital increase ending in a bidding war? Are there by now not many shares left that the major shareholders haven't already bought? Are they perhaps planning to acquire so many that there's a basis for a delisting? A 6th sense tells me that something is coming.😀

    Agat's acquisition of Capman's share of "BROEN" in Esbjerg: The change in Agat Ejendomme's ownership share of BROEN Shopping A/S from 35 % to 100 % is expected to strengthen the group's earnings by DKK 9-11 million on an annual basis. • The price for the ownership share is based on a price for the property that is lower than the existing external valuation of the center, and the execution of the transaction is expected, all else being equal, to result in the recognition of a one-off gain for Agat Ejendomme

    Agat buys Capman's 65% stake in Broen" in Esbjerg and then owns 100% of the scopping center. The center is valued at 557 mill kr. but Agat only pays 291 mill to Capman. One could call that a good deal, so is Capman perhaps in difficulties? Agat wouldn't have had the financial strength for such a deal just a couple of years ago, so that probably shows very well which direction things are going for Agat.

    The center did not cost 1 billion to build, but at one point Agat and Capman were willing to sell at that price. That's probably where you got it from. The center is also doing very well and is almost fully leased on long contracts.
