Out of pure curiosity, how do you see Royal Unibrew as a good buying opportunity, when they have lost the license/agreement they had from PepsiCo? That's surely a huge market share and a big chunk of revenue they're losing here, so why should it reach the levels we saw before the bad news? I'm baffled by all the new investors who bought after the news 😅 I myself was an investor and sold back in December 2025, as I saw better opportunities

The loss of PepsiCo from 2029 leaves a gap of approximately 13% of revenue and a large part of the total volume at the factories. The reason I still see the decline as a buying opportunity is primarily due to three factors: - Valuation and margin of safety (P/E drop): The Unibrew share has fallen significantly and is now trading at significantly lower multiples than before. The market has immediately priced in a large part of the lost PepsiCo earnings. - Own brands have higher margins: although PepsiCo provides huge volume, it is a license agreement with lower margins. Own brands (such as Faxe Kondi, Royal, Egebjerg etc.) and recent M&A acquisitions have better earnings margins per unit sold. - Time for transition: With approx. 2.5 years left on the contract (expiry end of 2028), management has time to either enter into new license partnerships, make acquisitions or accelerate own brands to fill up production capacity again. So, it's not because the loss of PepsiCo is good news, but because the stock is now priced based on a very conservative scenario Personally, I believe in management's ability to adapt production over the next 2.5 years, and in my eyes, the case looks attractive at current levels, which is why I have supplemented after the news.

If we are to move on, we must break this old range at 437 - 443. That's all there is to it. Nothing fundamental has changed other than the market being a gear without lubrication.

What about consolidation in the industry? 21 billion. Is probably within possible acquisition with a premium on top, naturally. Don't we hear much about acquisitions in the beer industry?

🫣 So I couldn't resist any longer. Am a shareholder in Royal Unibrew again.

But otherwise a damn good beer, I haven't drunk it this summer though, but otherwise I usually buy it.

So the INSIDERS are indeed backing the stock. Nice.

Absolutely not Prog. but there isn't much to write about right now. The market is in a squeeze, so it's news that drives. Maybe you should slip .... out the back door.

Incredible when they have bought back their own shares and are still growing with their own products. But I look forward to them announcing whether they will make their own cola variant or if they get Coca Cola. I myself mostly hope for the latter, then they will be stronger than with Pepsi. And Coca Cola, I don't think, will import to Denmark from Sweden and Germany and they cannot manage to build a new bottling plant or upgrade a smaller one to their needs..

They are developing their own cola variant 😉
