My overall assessment after H1 I would set: Bear case: 500–525 kr. Weak consumer, low volume and margins disappoint. Fair value: ~610–625 kr. Guidance is delivered and Royal Unibrew continues its roughly current development. Bull case: ~700–725 kr. EPS approaches 38 kr. in 2027 and the market accepts 18–19x earnings. Very strong scenario: 750+ kr. In my opinion, this requires both continued market share gains, significant margin improvement, and that the 2027/28 expectations are raised. The interesting thing is that Royal Unibrew has already improved the EBIT margin from 13.1 % in 2024 to 14.0 % in 2025, and today's H1 shows further margin improvement. Therefore, I think margin development is more important than revenue growth from here. So if I were to put one number on it after today's financial report: 620 kr. fair value now and around 700 kr. in a realistic bull scenario. This is a valuation, not a guarantee or personal investment recommendation

It was a mixed bag, and not quite as hoped. My expectations might have been set a bit too high. but it's certainly not bad. The most important negative signals in the report Q2 (lower volume & revenue) It's so little though :) Organic growth could be better Finland slightly pressured, due to taxes in the Baltics region. Slight volume decrease in Northern and Western Europe (Seasonally adjusted) No doubt that transport costs and inflation have had an impact. Cash flow slightly lower due to Buybacks Can Q3 fix this? Absolutely, will it? I think so. The weather and events have been better. Positive things in the report are Administrative costs down by almost 6 % Brand-driven growth of 4 %. I had only expected between 1- 3 % as a success factor, so the growth in the entire RU is from own brands. Fantastic. Market shares are gained in Denmark and it's in own brands, Norway up, Italy up and in the Baltics, however lost in Holland and Finland, but Holland was expected. Will this continue in Q3. ABSOLUTELY. I mean, own brand growth :). Further share buyback program of 300 mill. was expected, and important. I expect it to be lifted at Q3. Guidance is maintained, due to an expected really good Q3. Important figures for me and with a strong Q3 in mind are the following. EBIT Q2 2026: 753 mio. (+1.8%) EBIT H1 2026: 1.026 mio. DKK (+7.0%) EBIT margin H1: 13.3% (up from 12.5%) Organic EBIT growth: +6.7% Should we see a sell-off tomorrow, I believe we will rebound very quickly. But as I said, I will try to be a bit more aggressive in the coming period. All in all, I am satisfied due to the development in the international markets including Africa and in own brands. That Finland disappoints can be explained, as can Holland. I think we will cycle between 510 and 454, in the short term and I will trade here. Aware they are not focusing on Pepsico, growth in own brands is more important. Just my take.

I think Royal Unibrew delivers a really strong half-year report. What I particularly note is that the growth doesn't just come from one place. I see a company that manages to create underlying revenue growth, gain market shares, and at the same time increase earnings faster than revenue. 4 % underlying net revenue growth is solid, but I actually think that the EBIT growth of 7 % is even more interesting. To me, this shows that Royal Unibrew isn't just chasing volume and revenue – they are also getting better at making money from the business. At the same time, EPS increases by a full 10.7 %. I think that's a really strong signal to shareholders. I am also very positive that the company continues to gain market shares. This tells me that Royal Unibrew's brands are strong, and that the company manages to grow in a market where consumers are still relatively cautious. Something else I really like is the combination of growth, margin improvement, and strong cash flow. In my opinion, that's exactly the type of development I want to see: not growth at any cost, but profitable growth. That all segments simultaneously contribute to EBIT growth makes the case even more interesting for me. It reduces dependence on individual markets and underlines the value of the geographical diversification Royal Unibrew has built. Management simultaneously maintains expectations for the full year 2026. That gives me a good feeling that the development is still on track. And as the icing on the cake, there's a new share buyback program of up to 300 mio. kr. To me, that's another positive shareholder signal and a sign of a company that can both invest in its business and return capital to owners. Overall, I see a Royal Unibrew that is growing, gaining market shares, improving profitability, and increasing earnings per share. I simply think it's hard not to be positive about this report. 🍻📈

So (and finally) Faxe kondi is entering the Norwegian market💪🏻😊 I think one underestimates how popular it can become up here, because many Norwegians even import it when they travel to Denmark for their holiday. Exciting and opportune now that Pepsi is disappearing, but hey - Pepsi has a market that is relatively stable. Faxe is only now making its way out into the world! I think it looks brighter than when Royal just produced under license - in the future they own the chain and who knows - maybe the USA will be the ones producing under license in 5-10 years 😅😝

Yeah, it's funny. I work in Kbh and have many Swedish colleagues who commute to the office. We have free soda and they almost always choose Faxe Kondi. 😁 I think both Norway and Sweden will like that soda, and the song that comes with it (there was a song about Faxe Kondi many years ago)
