After the debt write-down, they still owe 13 million DKK, and the only asset is a share in the Hook Head field, which has no prospect of coming into produkton. They talk about making new investments, but have no money. The director has it as a side job next to his accounting firm. I doubt that he is the right person to lead new investments. So what do people see in this stock? There are plenty of oil companies that actually have activities. AP has nothing to offer investors - one is better off with a newly started company without debt.The new general meeting plans to sell 200 million new shares at a discount, 200 million new shares at market price, and 200 million new shares via convertible loans. Potentially, this can provide AP with many hundreds of millions, which they can invest in new initiatives. But the current 3.7 million shares will be enormously diluted. As mentioned, I fail to see why anyone would buy the new shares. But maybe it's me who is stupid.

I rather sense that they will soon go bankrupt.. or he will go bankrupt… there aren't really any employees… so it is nothing but speculative…- ·11.5.There approx 5 km from the large oil fields from the Faroe Islands it looks mega promising will buy more now while it is so low.
