I have bought in, but limitedly, for two reasons. 1. To increase the weight of India in my 'emerging' portion, which however must not exceed 10 pct. overall. I believe the East Asian ones have risen a bit too much compared to the Indian ones. 2. India has fallen in recent months. Whether it stops right now is, of course, difficult to assess. But I have never believed that I can exclusively buy at the bottom and sell at the top.
