The investment objective of the Fund is to track the performance before fees and expenses of the Underlying Asset, which is the MSCI USA Information Technology 20/35 Custom Index (the “Reference Index”). The Reference Index is based on the MSCI USA Index (its “Parent Index”), and comprises those companies included in the Parent Index that are classified as members of the GICS® information technology sector. The Fund will aim to replicate or track, before fees and expenses, the performance of the Reference Index by holding a portfolio of equity securities that comprises all, or a substantial number of, the securities comprised in the Reference Index (the “Underlying Securities”).
