I have pointed out on several occasions to Nordnet that their data is deficient and that the portfolio performance displayed does not match the actual one. During a call with customer service, this error was confirmed, but it does not appear to be rectified yet.

·10.11.2025Why did they stop updating the price in the evening. It now comes in the morning the day after?
·12.11.2025 · MuokattuSwedbank claims that they adapt to current standards, i.e. "most others do it this way, so we do the same". They have simultaneously taken the opportunity to change the deadline for placing a fund order. Previously, one could place a buy/sell/exchange order until 4:00 PM e.g. via Swedbank's internet bank or banking app. Now, it must be placed by 1:00 PM at the latest for it to be registered the same day. As if these deteriorations weren't enough, they also withhold one's money for several days when selling a fund. Previously, the money was deposited into one's fund account or ISK at Swedbank the same day one sold the fund. Now, one has to wait 2-3 banking days before receiving their money, I have called Swedbank's customer service and complained about these deteriorations. Everyone who experiences that these are deteriorations should do the same. They told me that many people call and complain.
