He also says that the commercial case has strengthened significantly based on the physical meetings they have had with distributors over the past weeks. This is a case where one must evaluate the fundamental conditions. It's not sensible to engage in TA in such a thinly traded stock.·1 t sittenI've been doing TA for about 40 years and one of the basic rules one should know is that there needs to be quite significant turnover in a stock for it to be worthwhile. A stock like this can go 10x on a piece of news. How can you see something like that in a chart? A large stock might go 10-20% on a piece of news. I agree that TA is something more people should learn, but the volume criterion is very central.

We probably need to be patient and hope that they know what they are doing also regarding getting started with sales. It will probably take until 2026 a bit (half-year), I would guess... Patience is probably the right word! They are good at spreading the word, but something needs to happen too! But the last thing I wrote in the TA thoughts below, we are compromising on now, perhaps with a possible hammer that says we are reaching the bottom here...

XP Chemistries is on the verge of something big.- ·14.10.TA thoughts in daily view at approximately 12:15 14/10: A large, largely, right-angled triangle with (almost) horizontal lower line where the price has almost reached the MA200 line (approximately SEK 0.22) has formed. At SEK 0.23 there is Fibonacci 61.8% (downtrend), which is usually the last support level that often acts as a reversal area. Together with the 200 line and other MA lines that are above the 200 line, there is good hope for support for a reversal. Previous SMACD bottoms slightly lower than the current level (positive). Volume balance slightly negative. Ichimoku cloud thin, red (26 days ahead). Trend phase in consolidation mode. My conclusions: If the price breaks below SEK 0.20, there is a risk that a visit between SEK 0.10 and SEK 0.15 will be made (through "blow-out"). I personally believe that support levels down to 0.20kr are most likely and perhaps the 200 line and the Fib level are the best support. Some good info before the Q report would have been positive and they have until Oct. 20 to give this. We'll see how it develops! We can remind ourselves that the valuation is significantly higher...·14.10.Thanks Slowfox54. I have great faith in XP C! Being able to buy at these levels is actually a gift. Still reading your analysis in the sense that it could be an even better entry. A hidden gem this.
