The Security Industry Association flagged it as the single biggest threat hitting alarm monitoring right now — and Verisure’s whole model depends on exactly that: human-monitored alarms and recurring subscriptions. That’s the layer AI-powered home security is coming for. Fundamentals don’t help the case either. Still loss-making, trading well below IPO price, and the April lock-up expiry gave early investors the green light to exit. I hold a position myself, but struggling to build conviction here — short or long. Just my opinion.
·1 päivä sitten · MuokattuThe opportunities in this sector must be enormous. AI can streamline the work / solutions and Veri is already working / collaborating with companies on this. I don't really see AI as a replacement for physical alarms...some form of equipment must exist...someone is welcome to explain it to me otherwise. Who will drive out and monitor / check in case of an alarm... Robots?....It will probably take many years if we ever get to that point...it feels quite complex to send a robot on an emergency call...
·15.5.Strange drop after the report and dividend in autumn. Some big boy needed cash apparently.
·18.5.Verisure is already the largest in the world in its niche, and I believe they will only get bigger and bigger. Security has priority in both boom and bust.- ·15.5.Why is Verisure down today?·15.5.Short selling. The positive thing is that it will probably turn up again then.
6.5.6.5.🚀 to the Moon!·11.5. · MuokattuIs it Bank of Amerinca of all, that will get Versiure to establish itself back to above IPO price? Somehow I think they have greater influence than SEB and Nordea, but what do I know.
