·1 päivä sittenVerastem – updated RAMP 205 data in 1st line metastatic PDAC Verastem has announced updated data from the RAMP 205 study, which evaluates avutometinib + defactinib in combination with gemcitabine/nab-paclitaxel in patients with first-line metastatic pancreatic cancer (PDAC). The most important data points: - ORR(Overall response rate): 52% (15/29 patients) - 83% of patients had tumor shrinkage - 6-month PFS-rate: 68% (Progression free survival) - 6-month OS-rate: 86% (Overall survival) - Data comes from the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) - Median follow-up: approx. 9.8 months - 9 patients remained on treatment at data cut-off The results continue to show a strong signal in a very difficult-to-treat patient population. But do you remember when we were at price 13, when they hammered the price down due to fear of a share issue and we were all the way down to 2.5 before we got a share issue, as I recall it. It's deja vu from last time - why not get that share issue done when we were at 8 or 10. I think the management is incompetent regarding financing - I will take my words back if we get a partnership that will solve the problems.·9.6. · MuokattuI believe we had an emission at 3.5 and dropped to 2.5, not long after the price rose and increased to over 11 before the decline to here. I hope they have an easier time finding a partner or securing financing. They are stronger today than before to secure a deal and a better one than they could previously manage. It is precisely regarding financing where they have been terrible.
