It all comes down to what one believes in oneself, and what the market subsequently believes in provides the verdict. The net asset value is probably at 18kr. I believe they have brought all the skeletons out of the closet, and this quarter is heavily burdened by the cost of cleaning out the closet. I see great potential for revaluation from today's 6-7 kr. A 70% discount to net asset value is significant; they have regular earnings and they are talking about possibly divesting some assets to patch holes in the closet... I don't think it will get much cheaper.

Like the substance discount which will probably increase as new valuations of the properties will take place after certain project goals. But you have to be long-term in this stock.- ·7.5.2024Interesting to see that they sell land during the quarter at a higher value than what they have in the adjusted substance. Then they don't report how much higher per se. But if they already report lower land values in the adjusted substance today than what the market is prepared to pay, then one can think about that value gap in a year's time, when interest rates will probably be significantly lower. This would mean that there is a fairly good upside in the substance in the coming year, i.e. a valuation leverage. This is what I always liked about Train Alliance; it is prudent generals who build long-term value. This is a real Buffet company.
