·1.10.Train Alliance was a really tough nut to crack. Externally, their holdings are valued at 18 SEK/share - before the Sigtuna stop. The share is now sold for 4 SEK. But how much of the EU grant must be repaid and when? How will the company pull together the financing? Selling properties under duress does not yield the same valuations at all. Will there be a new share issue at low valuations? Probably awaiting the quarterly report on 29 Oct, unless it gets postponed.

It all comes down to what one believes in oneself, and what the market subsequently believes in provides the verdict. The net asset value is probably at 18kr. I believe they have brought all the skeletons out of the closet, and this quarter is heavily burdened by the cost of cleaning out the closet. I see great potential for revaluation from today's 6-7 kr. A 70% discount to net asset value is significant; they have regular earnings and they are talking about possibly divesting some assets to patch holes in the closet... I don't think it will get much cheaper.

·14.8.2024Bought another 3000 shares after the stable Q2 was presented. Like the substance discount which will probably increase as new valuations of the properties will take place after certain project goals. But you have to be long-term in this stock.
