·30.5.Large trades were carried out on Friday, May 29th. One trade of 1.1 million and one trade of over 500,000 kr. Ordinary small investors bought for approximately 30,000 kr. Shall we guess that it is some institutional investor who bought today. Seldom does it become such large positions. Wonder if the trades were settled off-exchange between different owners. Normally there are usually under 5,000 shares for sale on a normal day that are at normal prices. Could also be some major owner who saw that there were large buy orders and chose to sell off a large holding. Normally the price would have plummeted when large quantities of shares are to be divested. We'll see if we get to know who bought.- ·24.9.2024Surprised by the rise in the share as the half-year results are not impressive. You have maintenance costs in front of you that will come in the autumn. Admittedly, a higher net worth is stated in the longer term, but at the moment I am not buying anything but waiting. There is a risk that with current results, the share dividend may not be paid in the next year after the annual general meeting.
- ·22.11.2023Whoops, what happened here when the share suddenly cost SEK 96? Note that the share was traded in small volumes and the price was between SEK 83-92 last month, but suddenly took a leap with 500 shares sold and prices up to SEK 96. Will see if the price drops in the next few days. Interest costs have increased and I interpret that to mean that they may have to cancel the dividend in the future, depending on how they are with the treasury. Plus, 98% of the premises are rented out. Tomorrow, November 23, we will find out if the Riksbaken raises the interest rate again. Or have I missed something that others know?
- ·8.11.2023No purchases or sales made today, November 8, 2023. Are very different prices that have varied between SEK 83-92 recently. Usually quite small volumes, so it seems that mostly small savers shop. Sitting with a GAV of SEK 117. Thinking a lot about whether I should liquidate this share. It can be difficult to sell on the day you want to step down. Also read that they have a variable interest rate and it was much more expensive in the first half of the year and now the interest rate has been raised again and maybe another increase will come on November 23. The risk that there will be no dividend does not feel foreign and then the share will fall a little more. On the + side is that 98% is let and the property has a good value. What do you think others?
