·27.8.2025I would be extremely cautious about investing in this type of company. In 5-10 years, all large companies in the world will subscribe to a robot from, for example, Tesla. This robot can handle almost all general cleaning tasks. General cleaning accounts for about 70% of ISS's revenue. I think this will disappear by 2035. Facility Service companies will not own the robots, the companies themselves subscribe to them via, for example, Tesla or Chinese companies. That is my view of it. I would be cautious about investing in companies like ISS, Coor or similar. The robot Optimus can walk, balance, grab objects, important precision work, pick things up from the floor, move things, stack, can use both hands, they can see, recognize things. They can perform routine tasks. The robot learns v iimitation and Ai. Right now they are walking around Tesla factories and performing tasks, for example. Musk is talking about rolling these out to companies as early as 2026-2030. The price is approx. 120,000 Danish kroner. A cleaning employee costs approx. 350,000 annually. I am surprised that facility service companies do not articulate this as a challenge.·24.12.2025They will replace some things. Not 100%.
