·29.10.Anyone buying up? The share price has gone up 30% from 13kr on 8/10 to 16,9 today. There are few shares that have gone up that much in 2 weeks this autumn and there hasn't even come any positive news from the company...Yes that flag filing I should have seen. Then it is understandable that the share price rises a lot, because there are few shares being put out at today's relatively* low prices. *Depending on how you assess the situation. If you believe that the interest rate level will be kept high and the weak property market will continue for a long time then the share price is not low.
14.10.I believe Langdon is taking an exit (flagged 5% in the summer), which keeps the stock down and block trades from time to time. I think there should be only a couple of million left if they wish to liquidate all.
·8.10.Think this company is very exciting in the long term. The organic growth is so-and-so but the company generates good money, good cash. Plus CEO bought shares at a price of 15krYes the organic growth is low, but the company delivers surprisingly well considering that the industries SMCRT sells services to (real estate/housing construction) have been down for 3 years and bankruptcies are hailing among the contractor companies. The housing market is bound to turn around at some point and then SMCRT will increase results at a fast pace.

This must turn around at some point, and then everything is set for the share price to at least double in a short time. It's frustrating to have money tied up in a stock that goes sideways, and that's why people sell, but I have chosen to park 8% of my money here as a play on a combo of the housing market and software, and then I have the rest in other sectors.
