Pareto estimates that the project alone could account for up to 20 percent of order intake in the second half. HENT, owned by listed Sentia, has entered into a preliminary agreement with CA Datacenter for the data center project Skive DC in Skive municipality in Denmark. This is stated in a stock exchange announcement Monday afternoon. The agreement covers the planning of the first construction phase, which could be 30 MW. The parties aim to enter into a final agreement for phase 1, engineering, and phase 2, implementation, during the autumn. – Skive DC is a very interesting project for us in the Nordic data center market. This preliminary agreement positions us to develop it together with the customer and other partners, says Sentia CEO Jan Jahren in the announcement. Will also take on the technical aspects The contract value is not stated. But there is one sentence in the announcement that stands out: "The final agreement may include CSA and MEP, including design and delivery". This is the first time Sentia reports that the company is in talks about the MEP scope. "MEP accounts for around 70 percent of construction costs, compared to around 30 percent for the building itself, which the company previously covered alone," writes Pareto Securities analyst Marcus Gavelli. Pareto has so far calculated 25–28 million kroner per megawatt for data center projects. Full technical delivery would raise the level to over 65 million. For 30 MW, the difference is between around 800 million kroner and well over two billion. Squeezing more out of data centers HENT is taking its data center offensive to Denmark. For 30 MW, the difference is between around 800 million kroner and well over two billion. Analysts do not believe the payment will go all the way there, as HENT will in any case have to bring in subcontractors for much of the technical work. But "the expanded scope should clearly trigger extra payment," they write. In comparison, the stock exchange announcement about construction phase 2 at Skygard's data center OSL1 at Økern in June explicitly stated that technical installations were not part of the agreement. 10–20 percent of order intake Skive DC comprises around 100 MW of concrete data center plans and over 300 MW of announced expansion potential. Pareto estimates that the project alone could account for 10–20 percent of the brokerage firm's estimate for order intake in the second half. "The project can also open the door for a partnership with significant growth optionality," writes Gavelli, who has a buy recommendation and a price target of 97 kroner. The customer is also not a new acquaintance. CA Datacenter is part of the Swedish CA Group, which Sentia has worked for previously. CA Group announced in January a billion-kroner project for an AI data center of up to 100 MW in the GreenLab industrial park in Skive. Third data center customer In December, HENT signed an EPC contract with Aker Nscale for a 25 MW facility in Kvandal outside Narvik. In June, both the OSL1 contract and a preliminary agreement with Nscale for two additional centers totaling 75 MW at the same location were announced. Sentia will present Q2 figures on August 27. FROM FINANSAVISEN today August 17. At 16:27.
