Something exciting coming up at Safestate? Safestate's press release on Tuesday stated that Monarx has chosen Safestate as the primary supplier of Dark Web Monitoring – and that the rollout to the first partners is already underway. On LinkedIn, Monarx posted after Tuesday that they are landing a big collaboration with HostGator (one of the world's largest hosting players with over 2 million customers). That must almost mean that Safestate is now rolling out directly to HostGator's huge customer base. What do you others think that will mean for Safestate's growth? The report.. Naturally, the cult on Discord wants to make the report appear as the best the world has ever seen. But a user on Discord goes a bit deeper into it and writes the following.. A real crap report that the company tries to make look good, listing some of the problems. : Despite a revenue increase of 26 % in the quarter, the bottom line shows a net loss of -3,060 KSEK. The first half-year lands at -6,599 KSEK : All central profitability metrics such as operating margin (Operating Margin), profit margin (Profit Margin) and return on equity (Return on Equity) are reported as thoroughly negative : Depreciations of 14,822 KSEK for the half-year devour the entire operating profit. These stem directly from previous equity-financed acquisitions (capitalized development expenditures, customer contracts and IT platforms : The goodwill item has completely exploded from 121,015 KSEK to 312,859 KSEK in one year. A full 72 % of the group's total assets (434,730 KSEK) now consist of goodwill. This entails an enormous impairment risk if the acquisitions do not deliver cash flow. : Despite revenue increasing in absolute terms, sales per share (Sales per Share) are completely unchanged at 0.34 SEK for the quarter. **The acquisitions thus create no added value per share** : Interest-bearing debts have skyrocketed from 9,600 KSEK to 70,928 KSEK. Net indebtedness (Net Interest-bearing Debt) has gone from a modest 1,509 KSEK to 62,399 KSEK : **The Chairman of the Board owns 25 % of the company but also controls a company from which Safestate buys consulting services and a customer to whom Safestate sells. Safestate has bought services for 809 KSEK from the chairman's company during the quarter, which is always a red flag for capital being siphoned out of listed companies**

Yes. It becomes a bit of a cult warning when you try to censor and throw out everyone who doesn't come with back-pats. Then you'd better look a bit better. It's completely open on Discord.

I think this was a solid report. ARR increased from 73 MSEK to 104 MSEK in one quarter, while the company strengthened its balance sheet and showed continued strong organic growth. The most interesting thing, however, is that the report largely comes before the effect of the major partner agreements recently announced. The new agreements will in all likelihood only begin to show in ARR and revenue in the coming quarters. Q2 was more a confirmation that the underlying growth is already strong. Now it will be exciting to follow the development through the rest of 2026 when the rollouts with the largest partners eventually have an economic effect. I contacted Telenor IR to hear how Sikre is doing. They do not share subscriber numbers, but kindly replied with the following: Sikre was launched in the market this year, and experienced a good start with strong attention and good execution in the sales channels. At the same time, we already have a significant customer base for our existing SAFE-product, which is partly replaced by Sikre. This has led to some cannibalization on both price and volume in the start-up phase. Overall, the start has been somewhat slower than we had wished. At the same time, we see several positive indications related to churn, both for new sales and for existing security customers, compared to SAFE. The development is however moving in the right direction, and we have implemented several adaptation measures, which include a rapid launch of Sikre Mobil Pluss at a higher price level, as well as changes in the commission structures in the sales channels. In addition, we plan further adjustments and product improvements later this year. We have not communicated any figures about Sikre externally, but Sikre is naturally a contributor to our ambition of Low single-digit top-line growth in the Nordics from 2025 to 2028 and 2030. Sincerely, Telenor Investor Relations Furthermore, the CEO was on linkdin and writes that over 90% of those who have acquired SIKRE are satisfied with the product👏👏 I really like that telenor has this focus on SIKRE and I hope and believe that the latest major agreement with a large telecom partner is telenor-global with 114 million subscribers versus telenor norge with 2.5 million subscribers🍿🍿🏆

I would say that Safestate Group is in a rather classic phase for a growth company where the market values future potential significantly higher than current profitability. The revenue growth is fantastically good, but the gross margin is still worrying in my book. Gross profit shows that they sell products/services cheaper than they cost to produce. Which, of course, is due to acquisitions. But if that falls, it's a dangerous curve, and it's important that the acquisitions turn out well and add as much or more than they cost quickly. It's not just the growth that's increasing, but the valuation too. From 46 million to one billion in 2.5 years. Quite impressive, but also an explanation for why the stock is treading water and I guess it will do so for the rest of the year. At the same time, I am impressed that the cash flow is positive. They are quick to invoice. I have a few shares, but I'm holding off on buying more for a while.
